Oscillator Technologie The ovenized oscillators of the PULSAR-E OCXO family with 10,0 MHz are designed for application in dynamic platforms of civil and military airborne equipment. The core is development and production of an SC-Cut, 3rd overtone Quartz Crystal with TO-8 4-points mounting. These construction features provide security regarding a very low G-Sensitivity of 2 x 10E-10 / g. This very low dependency on acceleration forces is the basis for which the whole oscillator offers very low phase noise values under hard environmental conditions as vibration, sound pressure and shock. The longterm stability is better than 5 x 10E-9 / month and guarantees the very low aging under continuously high temperatures. The frequency deviation versus extended temperature range -55 … +85° C is better than ± 5 x 10E-9 over the entire range. The PULSAR-E OCXO oscillator family is available in a variety of customized versions and guarantees the function of Satcom terminals as well as military GPS-Receivers in dynamic applications, such as airborne equipment.
